Invitation form (experienced PC user)

Here you can download an invitation form that can be filled on the PC. This process is tested with Microsoft Word program versions 2013 (15.0.4937.1000) and 2002 (10.6866.6870) SP3. After you fill the form, save it and send that saved form to us on”kpsprs@gmail.com”.
To start, first download the form, open it, and make sure you are in editing mode (view > edit document). Then click on the gray square in the table to start typing.
